Limited (1 Year) Warranty

We guarantee this product against all material and manufacturing defects for One year after the date of purchase and we will repair or replace any defective watch or    parts free of charge subject to the right to charge for shipping cost. Thereafter, the repair will be as well subject to a service charge.

In order to benefit from this Limited Warrant, you will be required to present the guarantee card, duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized retailer.

This guarantee does not cover:
1) Defects and damages due to loss, theft or fire;
2) Defects and damages resulting from deliberate misuse or negligence, or from accident;
3) Defects and damages caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing etc.), alteration, dismantling or repair by anyone else than an ZEIT service centre, or by the use        of components other than those recommended by ZEIT;
4) Defects and damages due to normal wear and tear;
5) Watch with the serial number removed 

Return Policy

We currently do not accept any returns at the moment but only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
1) Wrong item(s) shipped
2) Defective item(s) shipped

All item(s) exchanged must be returned to ZEIT in brand-new, saleable condition, with manufacturer's packing, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other   items that came with your purchase. Additional shipping charges will be charged for exchanges .
